These official rules
govern the conduct of this raffle.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound
by these official rules and the decisions of the Cat-
Performance team, which shall be final.
ELIGIBILITY:
Raffle ticket purchases must be at least 18 years old of age or older.
Prize winners will be required to
submit a signed affidavit of eligibility, photo identification, taxpayers
identification to claim their price.
The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
A maximun of 250 tickets will be sold at the cost of $20.00 each. 1 winner
will be awarded this prize.
If fewer tickets are sold, the drawing will be extended until all
tickets are sold. The IRS has taken the
possition that amounts paid for gifts, raffles, lotteries, etc. or similar
drawings for valuables won are not
qualified as deductible charitable contributions. Raffle participants and
prize winners agree that
Cat-Performance will be able to use their names and or likeness for media,
including but not limited to
television, radio, web, and print. The list of prize winner will be
notified and published on the web site.
Persons may choose to purchase multiple tickets for better odds. Tickets
are ordered as a gift for others,
ecipients name must be listed as such when purchased and is not allowed to
be changed.
Ticket costs are $20.00 each and may be purchased online at cat-performance.com.
You may buy as many
tickets as you wish subject to availability. To purchase over the phone,
call 954-464-6500 and the tickets
will be sent out upon payment received. Tickets may not be purchased via
voicemail. E=mails can be a form
of acceptance to purchase tickets. We will send an invoice for you to pay
prior to sending out the tickets.
Your information must be provided for us to ship these tickets to persons
interested. Checks will be accepted
as well as money orders. Please call us for more details on this.
You do not need to be present to win.
Drawings to be held once tickets are sold. Projected date would be
around June 1st.
Winning ticket holder
will be notified of such. The GRAND PRIZE
winnings will be for a Full color
vehicle wrap, advertising your company.
This includes all graphics and layout.
Vehicles in this drawing
will be as follows: (full size cars, trucks, van,
& box trucks under 16' in size)
